FoamWeld Elite Foam Bonding Adhesive

Water Based Foam Laminating Adhesive.

FoamWeld Elite is the next generation of modified synthetic latex adhesive, designed to replace solvent base adhesives in spray applications for many foam bonding constructions, such as the mattress and furniture manufacturing industry. FoamWeld Elite provides excellent green strength within 10 – 20 seconds after application. This product will give foam tearing bonds within 10 – 20 minutes. FoamWeld Elite will bond foam to itself, fiber, wood, metals and many plastic materials. It can be gravity fed or through a pressure pot.  This product can be used by itself or as a 2-part adhesive using an accelerator.

Available in  5 Gal/110 Gal/250 Gal Totes.  White and Pink

Activator A is an acidic salt solution that can coagulate alkaline anionic latex adhesives for an instant bond.  Can be used with Spectrum FoamWeld Elite.
