TECHNO 440 ZERO VOC EASY SPRAY FLEXIBLE FOAM ADHESIVE

TECHNO 440 is a resin modified rubber acetone based Foam Adhesive available in clear or red color and is available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.

It is a spray applied flexible foam cement for bonding all types of foams (not recommended for Styrofoam applications) to themselves and various substrates – cloth, wood, or metal. It has excellent application characteristics including quick tack, high coverage, and high strength bonds with excellent temperature resistance. It produces soft non-dimpling bonds which will not harden or darken with age. Fabrics in contact with this bond line will not become stained after aging for long periods even when exposed to sunlight.

Techno 440 is widely used by furniture and mattress manufacturers and foam fabricators primarily for its speed and cost effectiveness. When compared to other California compliant adhesives, water or solvent based, Techno 440 is the most economical way for bonding these substrates.  Expected coverage is 400 sq. ft. per gallon.

May be applied by a pump system, pressure pot, syphon system or gravity feed.
